About Us

Asiana Treks and Tours is an independent, owner-operated travel company based in Thamel, Kathmandu. Our team comprises experienced and fresh staff, trekking and tour guides, cooks, porters, and transport professionals.

All our office staff and outdoor field guides are well-trained and professional in organizing trips and tours and handling our clients' requests. Honesty, integrity, and hard work are the principles that underpin our work culture. Regular training is provided to our staff occasionally when required, and all our field staff are adequately insured and supplied for. 

Asiana Treks and Tours caters to a broad group of travelers, ranging from Free Individual trekkers (FIT) and groups to family vacationers and business travelers. Depending on the interests of our clients, we can arrange bespoke tours and treks to popular packages. Our communication lines are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

We organize all treks, peak climbing, and sightseeing tours in Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, India, and multiple other countries. We have a strong network and contact with local tour operators in Bhutan, Tibet, and India. To make hassle-free travel for our clients, we arrange all permits (TIMS, national park entrance, world heritage site entrance) and provide airline/bus/train ticketing services. 

We are committed to promoting eco-friendly, responsible, and sustainable tourism in Nepal. Contributing to the socio-economic development of destinations we work in and implementing environmentally sound travel practices are at the core of our day-to-day operations. Being an active charter member of the Sustainable Tourism Network (STN), we keep up-to-date with the latest responsible practices in tourism. 

We are an active member of the Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN), Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), Nepal Association of Travel and Tour Agents (NATTA), Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), and Village Tourism Forum (VITOF).
